At Drug Plastic's national headquarters in Boyertown, Pennsylvania's "Dutch Country," we coordinate with our Field Sales Department the most precise customer requirements. Our Sales and Customer Service Department then assemble these requirements and confidentially expedite them from one specialized department to another. Computer Aided Engineering and Product Design departments complement a customer's design or, if requested, we present a design of our own.

Following customer revisions and product drawings, we prepare a design model for evaluation. When every detail is finalized, our Drug Plastics Mold Company makes a unit cavity for initial sampling. If time is crucial, we go right to production cavities or work under "Blitz Timing." Whichever choice you make, we work for you.

Resin choices, samples, mold alterations and revisions are all a team effort - with you involved to customize your bottle and closure exactly the way you expect and deserve to receive it. Each one is perfect, time after time. Our development of a "Total Quality Program," which incorporates Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Statistical Process Control, is evident at every level of Drug Plastics.

We also maintain an active file of USP test results and our Drug Master File is updated on a regular basis. Vendor Certification Programs designed to your specific requirements are also part of everyday life at Drug Plastics. We want you to be a part of our family. With eight manufacturing locations, eight warehouses, and a "do it right the first time" attitude, we keep deliveries on time - every time.
